A club that had moved out of downtown went bankrupt in its new location. An investor bought in and is moving it back downtown. They couldn't get the spot they vacated and the investor owned most of a city block near there so they got someone to lean on the one holdout.

That holdout is our landlord's husband and his business is moving into the warehouse displacing some other businesses, mine included.

We're doing well, but not so well that we can take out a loan on another studio buildout (which is pretty specific) unless we owned a building.

Compounded with I'm losing my housing situation at the same time (found out 22 hours apart) and it doesn't make sense to put it into storage indefinitely.

Maybe someday we'll buy a building and give it a go, but at this point we have to assume that we aren't.

So buy some shit off of me already.
