i know i'm repeating myself again from a couple of other posts- they played in la on sat. night, i went. if you get the chance, GO. they still got it, ladybug looks as hot as ever, and goddamn they put on a great show.

plus: they dropped new material in their set, and it sounds hot.

i knew they were re-formed and all that but just assumed this would fall apart due to underexposure or, well, the band falling apart.

also, Butterfly is dead.

the show had a REALLY good turn out... sold out, and people outside BEGGING for tickets... and i've never seen that venue go off the way it did... but yeah. just my 2 cents.

butterfly, i think. That could be a great show. It's funny because there's something in this week's Onion A/V club about them being a forgotten band. I'd put up a link but, you know.

Was there a Doodlebug? I'm gonna tell people I was Doodlebug in Digable Planets. That'll so get me laid...

i caught them during winter music conference, and they were on fire. the place was rammed being it was their first show in ages. i was out of my mind, so can't remember details.
