I have lost my fucking wallet! FUCK! I hate it when this shit happens. It contains:

My license of course, which I'll need to fly this weekend to ATL. Hopefully I can get a Wisconsin one today when I get my new plates.

An American Express voucher worth $100 towards my rental car. My gf gave me this.

Both of my credit cars, which no one has tried to use yet, which tells me that it's probably around the house somewhere, hopefully.

My debt card, which I'll need to get money from the ATm while in ATL.

GOD FUCKING DAMMIT THIS SUCKS ASS!!! If anyone fucking talks to me at work today I'm gonna put their head through a fucking window (not really but I really do think it would make me feel better).

Remember, dude, it's always in the last place you look. Because if you keep looking after you find it, you're a fucking moron.

i lost my wallet yesterday and freaked out.
i was at work....and couldn't remember if i left it at home, the store, etc.
and i couldn't leave.

finally i had my friend go over to my place and look around.
she found it!

do you have another set of eyes that can look for you? maybe that will help.
sometimes things are right there staring at us....but for whatever reason we
still can't see it because we're so panicked.

Don't freak just yet dude. When did you notice it was gone?

I've done this a couple times in the past month and it turned out that I just left it in the pants I had on the day before.

Hope you find it man because I've lost mine before and it's just a big hassle getting all of your cards and shit replaced.

I'm super anal about keeping up with my keys and wallet. And having my car doors locked.

About 16 months ago Josh and I were at the Jewel in the crappy part of the wicker area (on Ashland, Spade knows the one I'm talkin of) and after grocery shopping I had shoved my wallet in my coat pocket. Well we're loading the groceries in the car and I notice it's missing, I scream out about it and some lady nearby hears me and said oh, someone found it and was bringing it inside.

So I run back into the jewel the dude at info says no sorry, nothing was turned in. So then a security guy overheard me and helped me look around it for it just in case the lady was wrong, then a few minutes later I hear my name being called I go up and sure enough my wallet is there- except the 100 in cash that was in it.
Ugh.

Just keep searching Busty, and I swear this works, my ex mother in law taught it to me years ago, say a prayer to St Anthony along the lines of "please please please let my wallet be here" and it just may work. It has for me many times.

I noticed yesterday at work that I didn't have it with me. The more I think about it the more I think it was sometime Sun that I misplaced it. Hmmmmmmmm. :?:

Yes. Check your car. I lost my wallet two years ago for a long enough period that lead to cancelling cards. I found it several weeks later in my car. It had fallen out of my pocket and lodged into the little plastic thing where the driver's side seatbelt comes out. I should add that my wallet was small and not like Costanza's, but still worth a look.

I feel this pain, I'm forever losing shit. I lost my wife's house key in the damn house last week. It still hasn't turned up.

dude, I have a "balance" problem if I don't have my keys, wallet and phone on me, and I notice it pretty quick. So much so that I take my keys with places I won't be using my car..just a matter of mental state.

I lose my glasses all the time, though. Lost them about 3 months after I got them and was just about to say fuck it and get a new pair. But, I reached into the crisper drawer and saw something metallic coming from UNDER the fridge. Apparently, I had some beers on the bottom shelf and was wasted and they fell off or out of my shirt pocket and I didn't notice at the time.

I lost them Sunday too. Realized I didn't have them as I drove away from my dad's house...turned around and had put them on the dryer when I was folding clothes.

Moral of the story: You are a moron. I FIND my shit!!

I've been lucky to never lose my wallet. Living in NYC, I always find myself extra cautious and keeping one hand in my pocket at all times.....and other times, i put my other hand in my pocket to watch my wallet...

i did lose my bank card once, and did have a minor nervous breakdown.

just breakdown the time since you last saw it.

Remain calm and in an organized manner slowly look over any areas it could possibly be. Check the clothes you have worn recently. Look behind areas where it could have slipped out and gotten wedged in between something.

Don't ignore looking in weird areas where you think it couldn't possibly be.

Try this:

Blessed, Saint Anthony,
Please come around
Something is lost
And it's got to be found

Good luck!!

Shit Busty that's a bad day you got there.

I never used a wallet until Christmas when my dad bought me one. I'm not convinced yet but I'm giving it a 6 month trial period plus I quite like the smell of leather (ooo-eer).

It's so big though I have absolutely no chance of losing it, quite the opposite, I can't get it out my jeans pocket. It looks like I've got a paving stone in there.

I pat my self down every now and then, like I'm arresting myself. It used to go, watch, wallet, keys, but now watch has been replaced by phone. If I an't got one of my three items, I have either been robbed, or I am locked out of my place.

Good luck finding your wallet!

i've loast my wallet countless times. I feel your pain. Just remain confident that it'll turn up on topof your TV or something. Mine is always wedged someplace or another...

I feel your pain... I've had my wallet stolen three times and I was not a happy person. Purse stolen twice with EVERYTHING in it- makeup, wallet, cell phone, keys, etc. I felt so violated.

You'll find it.
