Kim chee. Got to be eaten with a meal, tho. You can't just grab it out of the fridge and snack.

Umm, yeah you can. The best thing about a gallon jar of kim chee in the fridge is thst thst it can last over a year without going bad, and you can eat it anytime.
dude, you can eat kim chi by itself? i'm part korean and even i can't eat kim chi by itself. best with rice and other korean food obviously. but not by itself. yucky.
i used to hate all green vegetables, but now i love them.
i had a thing against cheese for awhile but now i can do with pepper jack or swiss.
Dusty -- you put in a jar. Its like Ragu in Italy, all ther regions have their own varietals. When I was a kid, I only really liked the water kimchee (cold kimchee soup) or garlic based, but now I could eat a whole pot right now. There'a a Korean restaurant in my dad's town that knows that we only like the real nasty shit, that only the Koreans eat, and will serve us up.
I have lived all over and the only food that I have not enjoyed is Ethiopian, which is basically baby food served on a lazy susan with "bread" the taste and texture of a warm gym towel. YECCCCH.
Busty, for true cottage cheese goodness: Two spoonfuls, sliced tomato, salt and pepper. Nothing beats it.
