I inject myself with Vitamin B12 every couple of weeks. Maybe I should have confessed this on the something you don't know about me thread.

Also take iron supplement and multivitamin. I eat tons of fruits and veggies. Hence the occasional loud fart. :shock:

Yeh, I understand that alcohol depletes your natural stores of Vitamin B - that's a big reason why you feel hungover. You could also just stick to drinking Guinness, rich as it is in brewer's yeast, which contains huge amounts of Vitamin B (shit like Budweiser and Labatt's doesn't use brewer's yeast in their process).

I blame dalen for this thread!

I take a centrum multi anytime I wake up hung over, so I take them at least three or more times a week, then I take Zyrtec most days, and a decongestant, too. I'd be happy to tell you how I don't strangle some customers or staff members on occasion if you promise to not announce the name of my local internet pharmacy.

I have a cabinet full of vitamins must of which just sit in their bottles for months on end:

Multi - Vitimin
Vitamin C with Rose Hips (What ever those are)
Men's Health
Lysine
b-50
Glucosamine
Beta Carotine

I'd take 'em more often but you're supposed to take 'em with food and I'm rarely at home at meal time at least not enough to get in the regular habit.

As if I needed another excuse to drink. I guess wash down my generic multi-vitamin with it.

i eat cereal on a daily basis, and when my wife cooks, she puts so many vegetables in meals that i can't escape vitamins... but i still plan on returning to men's one-a-day soon.
