Edit: Oops. I just resurrected this and removed a thread kill from Dumpjack by accident.

Well, at least you had something important to add to the discussion.

I love you, Radcliffe, in a totally non-OPA! non-flamer kind of way.

Shiv should've ran over one of the firemen with his mail truck.

you are a complete and utter fool. Anyone who doesn't stand up for themselves in a situation like this deserves to be pushed in front of.

I wouldn't even wait 25 minutes for Scarlett Johansson...

Yeah, I have this mindset about most cretins. Just sometimes karma needs field agents.

Oh yeah? Well, you smell like eggs. And not in a good way.

Here's my story- yesterday, I ride my bike to the post office to mail 2 letters. What a surprise, the stamp machine is out of order. Grrr. I walk into the room where maybe 10-15 people are waiting in line. I single out a guy straight ahead and approach him. "Excuse me, would you mind mailing these for me? The machine is out of order." I set the letters and 80 cents in change for 2 stamps on the counter in front of him.

He stares at what I've put in front of him, uncomprehending. "What?"

I can see he's a little slow. He's trying to figure out if I gave him enough money.

I repeat, "Would you mind mailing these for me? The stamp machine's out of order. Here's the money, and you can keep the change," I try to joke with him.

"Wait in line."

"What?" I ask incredulously.

"Yeah, wait in line like the rest of us."

I stare at him. Now, I'm the one uncomprehending. "I can't believe it," I say, loud enough for the whole room to hear. I repeat it as I walk out. No one offers to mail the letters for me, and as I'm a little worried about my unlocked bike, I don't stick around.

If I had driven my car, I think I might have gotten in the guy's face, and that wouldn't have been a good idea.

I would have taken your 80 cents and dumped your letters in the trash.
