Saturday:
Slept in a little bit, watched college football in our room before heading to the casino where some of the guys already were. I mostly watched football at the Masquerade Bar with Mark and drank Abita Ambers while others gambled. Before we left my best man Kenny hit $25 on 17 on the roulette wheel and won $875, which he stupidly lost $300 of later by betting on a Matrix quote at dinner against J-Twice. Speaking of which, for dinner we ended up going to Dick and Jenny's, which was awesome and some of the best food I've ever had. Unfortunately we didn't see any bars nearby, so we went back to our hotel room since we had a handle of vodka to kill. Promptly invented a new drink (new to us) called the Tropical Depression - vodka and hawaiian punch. Went back to Bourbon St, saw a girl throw a drink in a bouncer's face, where she was promptly slammed against the wall and detained by 2 other bouncers before 3 horse cops came a-storming in and nearly trampled over J-Twice and several other pedestrians. This night was a little more tame, but still stayed out until about 3am drinking and dancing with the cute girls sent my way.
Sunday:
Lunch at Acme. I had the Peacemaker (supposedly #4 in the country on some sandwich list), but several folks had the raw oysters (which we couldn't get at Drago's for some reason).

J-Twice got me an oyster shooter, which was pretty much awful.

Most people left from there, but J-Twice and Kenny and I had a few hours to kill, which we naturally did at the casino. Kenny lost another $200 and J-Twice won another $200, bringing his total winnings on the weekend to over $2200 (though he only picked up two cabs - a sore spot for Kenny).
Eventhough I got back at 7 on Sunday night, I was too exhausted to work and ended up taking off Monday to recover. The late nights caught up with me, and they are definitely getting harder and harder to do. I was also proud that I was able to maintain my shit over the weekend and not get too blackout drunk or vomit - which a couple other guys did.
Anyways, the girls in New Orleans are hot, Bourbon Street was fun (though I would have liked to have gone elsewhere too), and I would definitely recommend it for a bachelor party destination. Thanks for all of the suggestions. Even though we may not have used some of them, I appreciate them all.
